We are looking for an adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate IT Support Analyst to join our expanding IT team. Continued sustained growth opens up this full-time position. - Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Accurately log the support provided and time taken in the helpdesk software
- Pick up tickets from the appropriate ticket queue
- Document solutions to the technical problems experienced in our internal knowledge base
- Work with the team to maintain our client’s documentation

- Degree or diploma in a computer-related program at an accredited technical college
- Current IT Certifications would be a definite asset
- Recent Microsoft Associate certification (AZ-104, MS-500, MS-700 etc.) Or equivalent experience with the commitment to gain a Microsoft Associate certificate within 1 year
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows Desktop operating systems (Windows 10 and 11)
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365 administration and configuration (Exchange Online, Office Online Apps, OneDrive for Business, and Teams)
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019 & 2022 administration

- Communicate using phone, email, chat, and in-person, providing technical support for our clients either remotely or in person

- Where required, provide advice and training to clients and Support Analysts

- Ability to travel to client sites to provide technical support or hardware installations

The Account Manager will sell Information Technology (computer) services and products to assigned prospects and accounts. The primary focus of the Account Manager is outside sales, where penetration and coverage of accounts
As Account Manager, you will work proactively to secure new
- Selling IT service offerings and business IT product solutions
- Regularly meet or exceed sales targets
- Prioritizing activities and territory management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability, including developing Strategic Account Plans
- Negotiating with clients and partners
- Developing and maintaining client relationships at decision maker levels
- Preparing written proposals; delivering oral presentations to customers and other stakeholders
- Setting and executing account strategy
- Providing accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activities
- Diligently using, maintaining and updating customer information
- Knowledge of the Information Technology industry
- Demonstrated ability to close B2B professional services solutions
- Knowledge of current general business IT needs
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated successful track record in sales
- Superior English oral and written communication skills
- High level of energy and self-motivation

- Post-secondary education or equivalent
