Clear Concepts App: Fall 2024 Updates

It is hard to believe that it has been just over 6 months since the official launch of the Clear Concepts App.

Since the release of our AI-powered support application, we have seen tremendous results in adoption, usage, and ultimately - time saved for our managed IT customers.

Daily usage continues to surge, with our customers finding new ways to interact with the Clear Concepts Copilot, discovering the value of real-time chat with our Technicians, and leveraging account management tools that provide instant, detailed information.

Reflecting on the six-month anniversary, the entire Clear Concepts team is proud and humbled by these early results. Today, our app is available to over 2,200 individual customer users, available to them in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, the Microsoft 365 portal, and from their favorite web browsers.

All users can see the latest news from Clear Concepts. Look to this section for important security bulletins, app updates, and upcoming events and training from Clear Concepts.

Improved Dashboarding

Account Administrators can now review how many Copilot (AI) sessions your teammates have been interacting with, as well as view an improved ticket status dashboard.

Improved Asset Reporting

Account Administrators can prepare detailed reports on IT assets, including warranty and Operating System information. Preparing for Windows 10 end-of-life in 2025? You can now export asset lists for further review in Excel.

Projects Experience

Account Administrators can interact with projects and project tickets. Get important updates, review project phases and milestones, and leave feedback for project teams.

Air Traffic Control

A breakthrough addition to the Clear Concepts Copilot AI system, providing faster issue resolution without the need for support tickets - Air Traffic Control works invisibly, transferring time-sensitive tasks to human technicians, while staying in the flow of your AI conversation.
